We started in Tucson after seeing how many families struggled with HVAC contractors who charged too much and showed up days late. When we earned our HVAC certification in 2008, we made a simple promise: be honest, be fast, and be there when people actually need us.
In 2009, we launched Desert Air Pros with one service van and two employees. By 2014, our maintenance plan waitlist stretched three months — not from advertising, but from neighbors referring neighbors who finally found a company they could trust.
Today, we employ 18 full-time technicians serving thousands of Tucson households every year. We still answer the phone personally when a customer has a serious issue. That hasn't changed since day one.
